Standard

Dear Dream Reader,

welcome to my site.  I hope you like it.  I expect that you have stumbled upon this lace because you are also a crafty sort, maybe you are trying to find out how to do something in particular or perhaps you are simply looking for inspiration for your next new project.  Those tend to be the main reasons why I look at craft blogs.  I also look to see what can be achieved, so that may be a reason why you have come here too.

Blogging 101: Who am I and why am I here?

Standard

What are you about?

My name is Emma. I studied arts subjects – art foundation and then animation, when I was in college and university. These days I use arts and crafts as a sort of escapism. Here, I can share the things I do and make with others.

Why should they read your blog?

In this blog I hope to share my creations and the things I have been working on. I hope to be able to upload tutorials on how to make things.

Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?

It’s because I value the feedback.

What topics do you think you’ll write about?

photoshop, drawing, sewing, cross-stitch, scrap booking…

Who would you love to connect with via your blog?

Those whom I can inspire.
Those who I can find inspiration from.

If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

– to bring inspiration to others
– to share views and begin conversations on subjects
– to be encouraged to look things up and find out about new things for me, give them a go and to able to share what I find.
